The UK imports around 80% of its timber, making it the second largest net importer of forest products globally. But with the right approach, the timber industry can reduce that reliance on imports, support British jobs, and build more sustainably. That’s why BSW Timber, Confor, TDUK, Glennon Brothers and James Jones & Sons, have formed the Trust UK C16 Timber campaign, which champions greater use of UK-grown C16 construction timber.
This free webinar, hosted by The Institution of Structural Engineers, will explore how smarter timber specification can strengthen supply chains and support the UK economy.
