This is the fifth webinar in engineerTimber, a series of seven CPD webinars providing an introduction to structural engineering in timber.
Presented by structural timber design consultant Wojciech Plowas and Kelly Harrison, director of Whitby Wood, this webinar will introduce participants to the family of Engineered Wood Products (EWPs), including cross-laminated timber, glue-laminated timber, wood-based panels, engineered joists and more.
Content included in the presentation will cover definitions, applications and structural design principles of various EWPs as well as good site practice which should be followed during construction process.
