Sylva™ CLT Walls, Floors and Roofs are part of the Sylva™ Kit by Stora Enso. Sylva is Stora Enso’s range of prefabricated wood-based products for low-carbon buildings.

The Sylva kit includes everything needed to create a modern, sustainable wood structure. Their prefabricated elements are made from cross-laminated timber (CLT), which, thanks to its ability to take high vertical loads, is ideal for load-bearing walls in low- to mid-rise buildings.

Sylva elements come ready-to-fit and can be delivered with openings for windows, and doors precut and ready for installation. These features ensure shorter set-up times and lower construction cost for the project.
