About the project

This project has been initially designed to reduce number of steel beams used for foundations and reducing timber elements to avoid the classic construction approach of post and beam. Using the combination of Spider and Pillar connector from Rothoblaas it was able to avoid classic methods of post and beam construction with a result of having a fully flat slab floor. Moreover, using the mix of connections details, span grid between steel beams reached a wider grid which means reducing number of steel beams used for foundations.
