With less than six months until the implementation of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) we have had many calls from members seeking clarity on the position in Northern Ireland.

We have yet to receive any such clarity from the Government, but this Trade Note sets out our working assumption that companies trading timber in Northern Ireland should prepare now to be compliant with the EUDR by the year end.
