Cladding is a great way to make the most of timber’s unique visual appeal. Timber cladding can be used internally and externally, though durability of the timber species should be considered in external uses.

Timber has long been used for external walls of buildings, either as the primary form of structure and enclosure, or to enclose a separate structural frame. As well as a pleasing external appearance, timber cladding can also provide weather resistance as well as thermal and sound insulation.
