The UK’s largest house builder, Barratt Redrow, reported for the 52 weeks ending on 28 June 2026, its financial year 2026. Its total home completions (including JVs) were up 5% to 17,667 in the financial year. 

Its private average selling price rose by around 3.8% to around £396,000. This increase was driven by geographic factors and product mix, with a greater contribution from regions with higher average selling prices, reflecting an increase in average unit size delivered. The underlying average selling price movement, excluding the impacts of size, geographic and product mix, was estimated at just under 1%.
