The TimberThe heartwood is bright yellow becoming yellowish-brown on exposure, clearly demarcated from the white sapwood. It has a medium to coarse texture, slightly lustrous and a straight, but sometimes variable grain. It weighs between 496 and 640 kg/m3 when dried.
