The CPA/Barbour ABI UK Construction Hotspots Report has been published. It identifies key hotspots and coldspots of regional activity, where contract awards were significantly above or below previous years, after adjusting for the size and construction value.

The hotspots and coldspots are highlighted across commercial, residential and infrastructure and give a clear indication of where key opportunities and challenges are likely to be within regions and sectors, highlighting key projects. The example of London is presented below but each region of Great Britain is in the report.
