Our cassettes can be manufactured in various forms to suit the bespoke requirements of each build, with the ends cut to suit the pitch of the roof and the connection to the wall plate. Using roof and floor cassettes has many advantages such as reduced time working at height, quicker construction, reduced air leakage and thermal bridging and less site waste.

Our cassettes can be manufactured using solid timber, I-joists or metal web joist systems. They all come with lifting straps pre-fitted to improve health and safety and stair apertures are framed out with fall protection.

Our roof cassettes, which have been 3rd party audited accreditation to meet current NHBC requirements, ensure the building is made watertight at the earliest opportunity. As well as providing the roofing membrane and counter battens, our system also allows us to pre-fit rooflights if desired.
