In its long and varied history, the Gramophone Works has been the headquarters of Sanderson Fabrics and British independent record label Saga Records.

Today, it is a landmark commercial scheme featuring a shared cafe, reception and event space, with generous amounts of external space at ground and roof levels.

The design complements the vision that local people have for the identity of the area, without losing sight of Rotherhithe’s dockland history.
