Guararapes, one of Brazil’s largest manufacturers of MDF boards, has launched 11 new products to reflect current MDF design trends.
Highlights include the Synchro Ash ‘Woods of the World’ line, which has an ash wood veneer on both sides of the board. This blend of the traditional and modern has created four new MDF designs, including a blue finish obtained by staining the veneer.
The Aris line has added two new colours: Navy and Amethyst. The Navy evokes the depths of the ocean through a supermatte finish and a velvety touch, while the Amethyst MDF shows a deep marsala tone envoking sophistication and exclusivity. The Aris line also features an extra protection layer against scratches, fingerprints, stains, heat, and UV radiation, making them suitable for high-traffic areas.
Other new wood and metallic designs include the Walnut Salerno MDF, inspired by the sunny landscapes of the Amalfi Coast, and the Walnut Ruby MDF, which offers intense shades ranging from red to brown. The Walnut Amber MDF conveys the welcoming feeling of a golden sunset, while the Oak Capri MDF has fine lines and a prefinished veneer.
Finally, the Champagne Metallic MDF, through its metalised shade and a silky shine, follows the latest European design trends.
