About the project
Greville Street was a Design, Supply and installation of a rear concrete extension and a rooftop timber extension to an existing building.
The rear extension is a self-supported structure to not induce excessive loads in the existing structure, while the structural timber roof top extension is supported partly on the existing and partly on the new structure.
The frame is composed of Glulam and LVL beams / columns with a CLT mezzanine floor / roof and walls.
