Insolvency Service UK Construction Insolvencies
361 construction firms in the UK went out of business in December 2022, which is 0.6% lower than in November but 28.9% higher than a year ago according to the government’s Insolvency Service. In the year to December, 4,160 construction firms went out of business, the highest number of construction firms to go out of business since the financial crisis over a decade ago.
