Marley has appointed Stuart Nicholson as its new Managing Director. Stuart has more than three decades of experience in the construction industry, spending 15 years with Marley, most recently in the role of Roof Systems Director. Following his appointment as Managing Director, he will continue to lead the company’s strategy, designed to maintain and enhance Marley’s position as the UK’s market leader in roof systems manufacturing.
With the construction sector facing a challenging time, and with legislation amendments such as the imminent Future Homes Standard promoting the creation of energy efficient, low-carbon dwellings to support the journey to net zero, Stuart will spearhead Marley’s response through ongoing product innovation, industry leadership and expert-led support for those working in the sector.
The growing demand for solar PV installation, from both consumers and policy makers, means Marley’s integrated roof system – including a comprehensive renewable technology package – will be at the forefront of the solutions the industry requires.
